We offer the following membership options:
New users may access a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, your membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will not be charged during the trial period.
By subscribing to a paid membership, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees. All fees are in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate.
You must provide a valid payment method to purchase a subscription. You authorize us to charge all fees to your payment method.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the paid period.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new memberships. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us at support@scripturesharepro.com.

You retain all rights to images and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

The Service, including all software, code, design, text, graphics, and other content (excluding user-uploaded content), is owned by Scripture Share Pro and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or ministry purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Graphics you create using the Service are yours to use according to your membership type and these Terms. Bible verses used are in the public domain.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Scripture Share Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
