Scripture Share Pro provides:

• Access to 80+ categorized Bible verses
• Custom background upload functionality
• Multiple font styles and sizes
• PNG download capability
• Social media sharing features

3. Account Registration

Creating an Account

You must provide accurate information and use the same email as your PayPal subscription. You're responsible for keeping your password secure.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscription Plans

• Monthly: $27/month
• Annual: $147/year

Payment

All payments are processed through PayPal. Subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime in your PayPal account. You keep access until the end of your paid period.

5. Acceptable Use

You MAY:

• Create graphics for personal or ministry use
• Share graphics on social media
• Use graphics commercially in your own business
• Print and distribute graphics

You MAY NOT:

• Resell the Scripture Share Pro software
• Share your account with others
• Upload copyrighted images without permission
• Create offensive or illegal content
• Attempt to hack or damage our systems

6. Intellectual Property

Our Property

Scripture Share Pro software, design, and functionality are our property. You cannot copy, modify, or redistribute our software.

Your Content

You own all graphics you create and backgrounds you upload. We only store them to provide the service.

7. Disclaimers

Scripture Share Pro is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We don't guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation
• Accuracy of pre-loaded verses
• Suitability for any particular purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or any damages exceeding what you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms or modify service features at any time. Significant changes will be announced via email.

10. Termination

Either party can terminate this agreement. Upon termination:

• Your access ends immediately
• We may delete your data after 90 days
• You remain responsible for all charges

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by United States law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
