3. What's NOT Refundable
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
3.1 Renewal Charges
Subscription renewals (monthly or yearly) are not refundable. However, you can cancel before the next renewal date to avoid future charges. Your access will continue until the end of the paid period.
3.2 Purchases Over 30 Days Old
Refund requests made more than 30 days after the initial purchase date will not be honored, except in exceptional circumstances (see section 6).
3.3 Partial Refunds
We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for:
- Unused portions of a subscription period
- Time remaining after cancellation
- Features you didn't use
3.4 Free Trial
Since the 7-day free trial is completely free with no charges, there is nothing to refund during the trial period.
3.5 Third-Party Charges
Any fees charged by your bank, credit card company, or payment processor are not refundable by Scripture Share Pro.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Receive Confirmation: You'll get an email confirming your refund
- Refund Issued: Funds returned via original payment method within 5-10 business days
4.1 Required Information
To process your refund request, please provide:
- Your account email address
- Order number or transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Brief reason for refund (optional)
4.2 Response Time
We aim to respond to all refund requests within:
- Initial acknowledgment: Within 24 hours
- Refund processing: 2-3 business days
- Funds in your account: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
5. Refund Process
5.1 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days

5.2 After Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your account will be immediately deactivated
- You will lose access to the service

5.3 Partial Use
We honor our 30-day guarantee regardless of how much you used the service. Even if you created hundreds of graphics, if you're within the 30-day window, you'll get a full refund.
6. Special Circumstances
6.1 Exceptional Cases
In rare cases, we may consider refunds outside the standard policy for:
- Extended service outages preventing use
- Serious technical issues we couldn't resolve
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Unauthorized charges
These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
6.2 Billing Errors
If you notice a billing error or unauthorized charge:

- We'll investigate and resolve it within 48 hours
- Incorrect charges will be refunded immediately
7. Cancellation vs. Refund
7.1 Cancellation
Canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:
- Cancellation: Stops future charges, access continues until period ends
- Refund: Returns your money, access ends immediately
7.2 How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription without requesting a refund:

- Go to Account Settings
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
8. Chargebacks

9. PLR Package Refunds
9.1 Digital Downloads
For PLR package purchases:
- 30-day money-back guarantee applies
- Refund available even if files were downloaded
- We trust our customers and honor our guarantee
- Upon refund, license to use the product is revoked
9.2 Upsells & Downsells
Add-on purchases (OTOs, upsells, downsells) follow the same 30-day policy:
- Each purchase has its own 30-day guarantee
- Can be refunded independently of main purchase
- Full refund within 30 days
10. Abuse Prevention
10.1 Fair Use
While we offer a generous refund policy, we reserve the right to refuse refunds to customers who:
- Make repeated purchases and refund requests (abuse pattern)
- Downloaded files and clearly used them before requesting refund (for PLR)
- Provide false information in refund requests
- Have violated our Terms of Service
10.2 Account Suspension
